Hey ladies! (and gents)…I’m back and in full effect. I have 2 outfit videos that I wanted to share with you from this weekend. Nothing special. Just simple and casual because I’m a simple and casual kinda girl. Enjoy!
Saturday:
I worked overtime this day and I wanted to be comfortable so I threw on a pair of boyfriend shorts and a tank that I got from Target. The tank is cut kinda low so for the office I added a black long length cardigan (not shown). I also wore brown & gold flat sandals. After I knocked out an 8 hour shift, I ditched the cardigan and flats. It was like 100F here in Houston but it felt like 1000F. Perfect day for ice cream. I met up with my guy friend for a few seconds and then picked up my mom & boys for some yummy Baskin Robins ice cream. But before we went for ice cream I stopped at Burlington Coat Factory. I ended up buying these BCBG pumps on clearance for $19.98.

This was a total impulse buy. I had no intentions of buying anything but when I tried these bad jokers on I had to have them. I must admit, these are the most comfortable pumps ever. They literally have cushion in them *heaven for the feet*. After ice cream, I chilled with the fam for awhile and when my boys were sound asleep mama went on a *hot date*
.
Sunday:
I spent majority of the day relaxing (what I enjoy doing most). In the late afternoon I went to the Beauty Supply Store, Good Will, and Target ( I know in the video I mentioned going to the Salvation Army but I was too hot and irritated to drive any further than where I was). I didn’t buy anything special at the Beauty Supply Store just a few hair accessories. My purpose of going to the Goodwill was to find some sort of necklace rack and I did for $2.99. I also found this dress, in a size 8, for $9.99. I love the way this dress fits. And for it to be a size 8 (I’m normally a 14) it fit just right. I learned a long time ago not to look at the size tag and to always try stuff on because you never know what you can fit.
After the Goodwill, me and my crew headed to Target. I didn’t buy anything. I let my oldest son spend his money he had which was burning a serious hole in his pocket. Now on to the outfit that I wore…
